I recently posted a review about an unfortunate incident at Flames. I'd love to say that I personally spoke to the owner who was apologetic and will not stand for this type of behaviour. Thank you to the manager and the owner.

Been to this location 3 times in the last week. All the visits deserve a 5-star rating. From the order taker to the cashier/drive thru attendant, they provided exceptional service, spoke clearly easy to understand and helpful with understanding the menu.
